Fall 2023: Jacclyn has narrated 30+ Audiobooks in a wide variety of Genres. She is on rosters with multiple audio production companies, and has worked with publishers & independent authors.

ABOUT

Classically trained musician turned voice actor, Jacclyn James (Jacci) brings musicality to her performance, her voice has been described as soothing, versatile, and grounded.

Since launching her career just over two years ago, Jacci has been the voice behind 30+ audiobooks in a wide variety of genres, primarily fantasy. Additionally, she is extremely active in the booktok community and is passionate about engaging with authors, readers, and her fellow narrators.

In her life before voice acting, Jacci was a struggling musician and music instructor. As well as an art gallery docent. She's always been passionate about the arts, and in her hometown can be found enjoying art walks, and purchasing from local artists. She brings this passion to voice art, and regularly seeks out coaches and mentors - Jacci is a lifelong learner and always in "sponge mode".

Jacci is also a wife and mother. Her daughter struggles with dyslexia, and it was that struggle that first introduced her to audiobooks.
